I am clueless when it comes to accounting and so when we moved house and accountants, The Friendly Accountants came to our rescue. They have supported us throughout with all our company and personal accounts and have gently led us by the hand throughout updating our payroll. They were literally on the phone taking me step by step simplifying our processes so that they are  much more effective. Lesley has also set us up on Receipt Bank to speed up the processing of supplier invoices and guided us on how to use this effectively. TFA are very au fait with modern technology and use it to enhance the personal service they provide to my business as well as giving me the vital support I need when necessary.

Unlike traditional accountants they don’t meet face to face, which means I don’t have to wait ages to get an appointment, plus it’s no longer necessary for me to take time out from my busy working day to drive in traffic to a meeting.
