However we are also aware that if you're a start up, or contracting for the first time you might need to budget your costs. For VAT Registered Sole Traders

From £125+VAT per month

  • Online bookkeeping software (worth up to £30+VAT per month)
  • Business Growth System
  • Annual Accounts and Personal Tax Return Submitted to HMRC
  • Routine HMRC correspondence answered on your behalf
  • Email support for accounting, tax and bookkeeping advice
  • All services provided directly by qualified, experienced accountants

Limited Companies and LLPs

from £185+VAT per month

Limited Companies

  • Online bookkeeping software (worth up to £30+VAT per month)

  • Annual accounts and corporation tax returns – prepared, reviewed and submitted to Companies House and HMRC
  • Routine HMRC correspondence answered on your behalf
  • Dividend planning for optimal personal tax structure
  • Annual tax saving review - to ensure the company gets all the tax breaks it's due
  • Email support for accounting, tax and bookkeeping advice

LLPs

If you have accounts or tax returns that need working on soon then we will need to charge a one off initial fee to bring you up to date. We will discuss this with you and agree it upfront.
